Overview
Agentdeal Inc. ("we") operates the Agentdeal platform, including the Social Marketing Agent which generates and publishes social media content on behalf of users. This policy explains what data we process, where it lives, and the rights you have over it. Questions: contact@agent-deal.io.
Sub-processors
We use the following sub-processors to deliver the service. Each handles a specific category of data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement.
- Google (Gemini + Imagen 4) — AI text and image generation. Receives prompts you provide and your brand context; returns generated images and captions. EU-region inference.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook + Instagram) — publishes posts to the Facebook Page and Instagram Business account you connect. Receives the generated image URL and caption at publish time.
- Supabase (EU region) — primary database, authentication, and media storage. All user data and generated media are stored in eu-central-1 or eu-west-1.
- Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions and credit top-ups. Receives billing details only; never receives content data.
- Inngest — workflow scheduling for content preparation and publish jobs. Receives job metadata (post IDs, timestamps); never receives image bytes or full captions outside the job log.
EU data residency
Our Supabase project runs in an EU region (eu-central-1 / eu-west-1). User accounts, Meta tokens (encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM), generated images, and post records remain in EU infrastructure under our control. Sub-processors we route traffic to (Google, Meta, Stripe, Inngest) have their own regional footprints — listed above with the data category each one sees.
AI-generated content disclosure
All images and captions produced by the Marketing Agent are AI-generated. By default, captions are tagged with "[AI-generated]" before publishing to comply with EU AI Act Article 50. You can toggle this off per agent configuration if your use case requires undisclosed publication — but disclosure is the default and the recommended setting.
Right to erasure
You can delete your Agentdeal account at any time. Deletion cascades to all marketing plans, posts, Meta connection records, and voice profiles tied to your account via Postgres ON DELETE CASCADE. A weekly purge job sweeps any orphaned media files from storage to ensure generated images don't outlive their owning account. Already-published posts on your own Meta accounts are not affected — you control those directly via Meta's own tools.
